Fundacion Pacita is located in Tukon, Batanes. The place is elevated so you can have a nice view of the island of Batanes. Pacita Abad (1946-2004) is a well known artist who is a native Ivatan. Some of her art works in her later years can be found in the museum. Fundacion Pacita is certainly one of the must-see places when traveling in Batanes, Philippines.
