Going to Sabtang is via a fallow boat in San Vicente, Ivana. The sea is usually wavy to very wavy... For those who love adventure by the sea, this is recommended. In Sabtang you can see white beaches "nakabuang", "sleeping beauty" mountain ranges, vintage houses, etc... In this island, you can still see people wearing "vacul" which is the ivatan's shelter/protection against the elements (sun and rain).
