Kawa River can be found in Valencia, Negros Oriental. From Manila, you can go to Dumaguete City where there are daily flights (Philippine Airlines and Cebu Pacific). From Dumaguete you can ride a jeepney or multi cab going to Valencia Town Proper. You can then ride a habal-habal or motorcycle going to the river. It is actually along the way going to the Forest Camp and Casaroro Falls which I will be posting soon...
