Cagsawa ruins is one of the popular tourist attraction in Albay. From here you can have a nice view of Mayon Volcano. The best time to go there to get a clear view of the volcano is early in the morning around 6 am and late in the afternoon (3:45 pm), since most of the time it is covered with clouds and smoke. You can also meet young photographers that offers tourists photo souveniers with certain trick shots. Quite impressive...
