When I look at the Heritage village Wigan or Vigan(?) slide photo I must think of a picture in this page of mine http://tinyurl.com/yanoamo
Somehow the heritage motives are similar. Have a look... Quite amazing...
Unfortunately, once can not slow down the slide show to contemplate better.
