Honesty Coffee Shop is a famous tourist attraction in the Philippines which can be found at Ivana, Batanes Province. The shop is famous not because they serve very good coffee in here but because there are no vendors or a cashier who is looking after the store. They serve not only coffee but many other things like t-shirts, vacul (the one that ivatans put on their head), candy, biscuits, and many more. The prices of each item are listed and you just have to put your payment on a box and get your change if you have any. Sometimes, tourist don't even bother getting their change back and may sometimes even pay more to show their support. Good idea ha? Honesty is the Best Policy!
