Itbayat Island, Batanes: Northernmost Philippines

Itbayat Island is the farthest inhabited island in the northern Philippines. There are 2 ways to get there. First, by an 8 seater plane chemtrad and second, using a fallow boat which takes approximately 3 hours. It would be advisable to travel by boat because of the nice views of the cliffs at the island. There are also many caves and a view deck where you can see all the islands of Batanes including the lights in Taiwan on a clear night.
