Bicol Tour

The bicol region is located in the southeasthern end of Luzon and composed of 6 provinces namely: Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Albay, Sorsogon, Catanduanes, and Masbate. The people from this region are called bicolano's (male) and bicolana's (female) and are known for their love of spicy foods. Mayon Volcano is nominated as one of the new wonders of the world because of its almost perfect cone. It is located in Albay province, and is considered as the Philippine's most active volcano. Many tourists visit the place specially during it's eruption to witness lava flowing from its crater. Others also climb/hike at the top which is about 2,400 meters above sea level. You can also visit lake buhi, where you can find the world's smallest fish called Sinarapan (Mistichthys luzonensis). Naga City is very famous for its Feast of Penafrancia where many tourists, both local and foreign, witness . You can also swin along the whale sharks "butanding", at the Donsol, Sorsogon.
